Experience a Treasure Trove

As one of Paris' largest and most historical monuments, the Louvre houses some of the most famous artwork in the world including Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa. Aside from paintings, the massive museum hosts an Egyptian artefacts exhibit including mummies, and several intricate sculptures. Traversing the plethora of exhibits will easily take up a day and it is recommended that you bring or purchase water prior to entering. The Louvre is an absolute must if you haven't been before.
