Surf, Dive, and Relax at This World-Class Beach

The most spectacular beach on the island is Zlatni Rat Beach, a huge golden beach of small stones almost 580 yards long, also known as the Golden Horn. Facilities include cocktail bar, a self-service restaurant, regular restaurant with view over Zlatni Rat, cafés, pedal boat rides, jet-ski hire and volleyball on the beach. The beach itself is protected by safety nets in the water, as the tip of the beach is used by surfers. In fact, many international surfing competitions are held here and there are also four windsurfing schools and a SSI scuba diving school based here.
