Cala Conta: Ibiza’s Turquoise Paradise
Watch Stunning Sunsets Over Crystal Waters
Cala Conta has fabulous views of the islands dotted around the coastline here and beautiful turquoise waters, making it one of the best beaches on the island. There are two stretches of sand, one back by a rocky coastline, the other by sand dunes. A third, small cove, used by naturists, is at the far end and reached by steps hewn into the rock. There's no shade so take cover-ups. The shallow water is safe for children, whilst the more experienced swimmers can aim for the island offshore. The views from the beach in summer take in the amazing sunsets - so book yourself a table at one of the restaurants and enjoy one of nature's greatest spectacles! In the high season the beach is very popular, so come either in the early morning or later in the afternoon. The two main beaches are separated by a beach restaurant with fabulous views - in the evenings various DJs play to the spectacular sunsets.
