Home to Iconic Horses, Bulls, and Flamingos

This protected Natural Park can be found on the edge of the Mediterranean, inside the Rhone delta. It is spread over 3 municipalities: part of the commune of Arles and Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhône and the entire commune of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. This marshy island is home to unique breeds of Camargue horses and Camargue bulls, and to more than 400 species of birds including pink flamingos.
