Ayasofya Hurrem Sultan Hamam

Built in the 16th Century at the request of the Hurrem Sultan, closed in 1910, and used as everything from a royal monument to a storage center, this hamam has had a fascinating history. Now fully restored with its original Ottoman features retained, the hamam offers a range of luxurious treatments including body scrubs, massages and aromatherapy. The bath packages are highly recommended as you will receive a series of luxurious treatments in addition to accessing the hamam: A noteworthy example of this is the Pir-Ü Pak which features a traditional body scrub, bubble wash and head massage. The staff and therapists are highly professional and offer exceptional hospitality (those who opt for a package will receive a complimentary care kit and refreshing Ottoman sherbert). Book well in advance to avoid disappointment, as this bath is understandably in high demand.
