Moroccan Splendor

A former Islamic college whose students studied religion and law, this medersa is a shining example of Moroccan architecture and decoration: there are stunning archways, vibrant illustrations and cedar cupolas abound. Although it is no longer a place of learning, the building exudes a remarkable sense of calm solemnity.
