Go by foot, horse or bike across this stunning basalt plateau filled with lizards, wild flowers, roaming herds of goats and most famously, herds of wild horses. Keep in mind that patience and silence are key to spotting the horses as they are quite shy: go by foot and look for the little pools where the horses congregate to drink in the early morning and late afternoon.
