Unveil Phuket's Rum Secrets

Those with an interest in alcohol will love visiting the Chalong Bay distillery. Tucked away in the heart of Phuket, it's framed with dense stretches of sugarcane and features a fully functioning distillery and open bar area. Founded in 2012, it employs local farmers to produce organic sugarcane using sustainable practices and it has certainly paid off- their rums are international award-winners. In the afternoon (except on Sundays), the distillery offers 30-minute guided tours (including a tasting session and complimentary mojito), and on Tuesdays and Saturdays there are guided cocktail workshops.
