Spoilt for choice, endless routes covering around 17km take you through the beautiful alpine scenery, exploring the beautiful flora and fauna valley. All the routes are clearly marked out in yellow on the cross-country ski map, which is available from the tourist office. If you are looking for something a bit more challenging, then there are plenty of hiking trips available. Chamonix has been the starting point for many serious hikers who wish to witness the magnificent scenery the Alps has to offer.
