Heritage Golf Club lies within the Valriche estate, and was designed by the South African golf architect, Peter Matkovich. The Golf Club has been awarded the Best Golf Course in the Indian Ocean by the prestigious World Golf Awards for consecutive years. With large greens and wide, undulating fairways interspersed with lakes and streams, this Championship course offers a spectacular game of golf. The typical Mauritian backdrop of volcanic mountains and sea views also add to the whole ambience. This excellent 18-hole course has been designed to challenge experienced golfers, but the intermediate golfer won't feel overwhelmed, as there are five different tee positions for each hole. Beginners are more likely to enjoy the 9-hole, par 3 course on the site.
