The River
The River is one of Bangkok's most prestigious addresses - a world-class icon of waterfront living with more than 120m of exclusive river frontage. On New Year's Eve the Chao Phraya is lit up with fireworks; in early June it hosts the Royal Barge Procession; and in late November it glows with thousands of floating lanterns.
Spread over two floors, this three-bedroom luxury apartment in Bangkok is light and spacious. The double-height, open-plan reception area benefits from floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, and a generous-sized balcony.
Owners also have access to all of the tower's facilities, including a gym, riverfront infinity pool and 50m lap pool, multi-purpose sports courts and Sky Gardens.
The River apartment is a 10-minute walk or a two-minute complimentary boat ride to the nearest Skytrain station, giving it easy access to the all the city's sights, restaurants and shops. On this side of the river, you can explore Thonburi's network of canals and alleyways, discovering neighbourhoods that have changed little in 100 years. In the area behind Wat Arun, you'll also find great local food and temples rarely visited by tourists.

Being across from the Oriental and the Shangrila is great, plus also the Sathorn jetty being next to the Saphan Taksin BTS stop. Asiatique is also not far downriver, a 10-minute ferry from Sathorn jetty.
Bangkok
Bangkok is divided in two by the Chao Phraya River. Essentially, the east bank is Bangkok's public face, dominated by the business, commercial and financial districts. Most of the must-see sites, including Wat Pho and The Grand Palace, are also located on this side of the river. The west bank - site of the ancient city of Thonburi - is home to the historic and cultural conservation areas, as well as many of the five-star hotels and luxury riverfront residences.
