Mijas golf club is a 5-minute drive and there are 3 more first-class golf courses plus beaches and pretty villages within 15 to 20 minutes’ drive. The seaside towns of Fuengirola, Benalmadena are close by, and the hotspot of Marbella is 20 minutes’ drive. The quaint village of Mijas Pueblo is 15 minutes’ drive. Mijas also is a good base from where one can visit Granada, Seville and Cordoba. The development is not only for golfers and has established high quality luxury villas and apartments with restaurants, shops, a Padel club and the 5-star hotel La Zambra all minutes away. The location has a sub-tropical Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and warm winters. Cooling breezes from the sea make the summer heat manageable, temperatures are an average of 32 ºC in summer.
