Experience Life in East Germany
DDR is the German acronym for Deutsche Demokratische Republik more commonly referred to as East Germany. During your 60-90-minute visit, you will experience life under communism. This museum is very interactive and you can touch and feel nearly everything in there. Watch TV in the authentic East Berlin living room, spy on your neighbours, drive a Trabant and more. The museum is located on the river Spree opposite Berlin cathedral.
