Prussia's Summer Escape

Designed by architect Georg Wenzeslaus von Knobelsdorff, Sanssouci Palace is the former summer palace of Frederick the Great, King of Prussia. Sanssouci Park, surrounding the Palace, is the largest park in Brandenburg with some 70km of walkways; it's uniqueness attracts over a million tourists each year.
