Restaurante Kaleja
In 2022, revered chef and Malaga native Dani Carnero won his first Michelin star for Kaleja, a restaurant in Malaga's Jewish quarter that honours the tradition of cooking on embers, with 'deep roots in earth'. It presents two tasting menus, for both lunch and dinner, comprised of seasonal ingredients cooked slowly over open-fire.
