The 2024 sporting calendar is set to be dominated by two huge events taking place in Europe in the summer, Euro 2024 and the Olympics.

Germany will host the 17th edition of the UEFA European Championship, which will run from 14th June - 14th July and see 24 teams compete to take the title. Italy is the defending champion, having won the 2020 tournament after beating England on penalties in the final.

The 2024 Olympic Games will take place in Paris, from 26th July - 11th August 2024. From basketball to boxing, skateboarding to swimming, the world's best athletes will run, climb and ride for victory at this iconic event.

Wimbledon will return to London on 1st July, the Tour de France kicks off on 29th June, and the British Grand Prix takes over Silverstone on 7th July.
